Hello Lunch

Fish and vegies


______________________________________________
2 frying pans 
your favorite mixed vegies
fresh ginger root
powdered garlic
cilantro
green onions
fish of your choosing
tailess cooked shrimp
lime
dill weed
fresh parsley
vegie oil
 powdered cayenne pepper
______________________________________________
  1. mince up some of that ginger root! (throw it in the pan)
  2. chop up some green onion (save it for later)
  3. pull off a good portion of fresh cilantro (pan)
  4. favorite mixed vegies! (into the pan)
  5. add as much shrimp as you would like (to the pan)
  6. add a spoon or two of vegie oil to the pan
  7. add powdered garlic and cayenne pepper to the mix (flavor to taste)
  8. (add a pinch of salt)
  9. cook on medium high for 3-5 minutes or so


Bam vegies done

  1. throw that fish in a pan 
  2. pinch of garlic
  3. pinch of salt
  4. on medium 4-5 minutes one side side
  5. add chopped green onions
  6. 4-5 minutes other side


Fish complete!

  • plate those bitches
  • sprinkle dill weed on that fish
  • squeeze desired amount of lime on that bish (fish)
  • put some fresh parsley on that plate



DONE
